While closing the digital skills gap is an urgent issue right now, a big part of the reason we're in this position is because we didn't do enough to pre-empt it ten years ago. The future depends on how we support the next generation into tech, and as far as David Edmundson-Bird is concerned, businesses are wasting a huge opportunity.
