Creating an exceptional culture in the age of remote working
16 August 2021 • 2 min read
Join AND Digital at Leeds Digital Festival as we address the shift in remote culture since lockdown, and find out how we have built a people-first remote onboarding process that new employees love. You’ll hear from our recruitment team as they talk through everything they’ve learned over the last year, what it’s like to work at AND, and how we’ve found a way to cultivate and encourage talent within the organisation. Having gone through a period of rapid growth, and with a new office opening in Leeds, this is a great opportunity to find out what it’s like to be part of AND - and how you can be a part of it.
