Focussing honestly on understanding where your organisation is right now, and where you want it to be, will help you develop the actions you might take to get there.

About Emma
Emma is the Chief of Staff at 101 Ways and Director responsible for leading the Coaching and Transformation practice. She is an award winning agile professional with over twenty years experience working with individuals and teams to influence organisational cultural change and increase engagement across a wide variety of clients and industry sectors.
Emma also worked with the Scrum Alliance to develop certification standards and examinations for the Certified Scrum Professional programme and served on their European Gathering Team developing the program and hosting the Global Scrum Gatherings in Europe.
