As a Solutions Architect at AND Digital you’ll act as a senior technical subject matter expert working across a Club’s portfolio of clients, onsite and in multi-skilled agile delivery teams. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Use your expert tech knowledge to influence and steer the direction of projects whilst coaching and upskilling a team through implementing architectural an engineering best practices.
Help clients to translate project outcomes and high-level architectures into deliverable solutions.
Give and receive regular feedback to help the technical community within your Club develop, and become more effective in their specialisms.
Be hands on with a delivery team, helping them to understand and frame their work within architectural best practices and the aims of the wider project.
Experience of translating business requirements and capabilities into architectures at all levels of detail utilising standard architectural patterns where appropriate.
Understanding of the application of standard architectural practices and tooling.
Experience of working with and defining usage of common cloud platforms.
