As the BHAG People Evolution Senior People & Organisation Strategy Consultant , you will help with the analysis and design changes to enable the People Evolution team to meet its annual goals and the overall AND vision. This role is a part problem-solver, part-project manager and part-consultant, working on impactful company wide strategic people and organisational changes. As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Plan and design comprehensive people evolution programmes for areas such as innovation, employee engagement, diversity, inclusion and belonging, people strategy development; and organisation design and culture.

  • With the Chiefs for People Evolution with crafting communications, reports and/or presentations as possible deliverables.

  • Conduct research through various methods in relevant People Evolution focus areas.

  • Define the requirements of a given initiative or project, develop a work plan, and recruit/enlist ANDIs, advisors, partners and stakeholders.

  • Conduct organisational assessments and operating refinements; consulting with BUs

  • Support teams to ensure changes align with AND’s diversity, social, ethics, and, and inclusion goals with AND’s BHAG 2025 ambitions.

  • Build knowledge of advancements and innovations in the fields of people, culture, ESG and organisation models. Present new ideas

  • Create plans and approaches to drive organisational and culture evolution at a global scale whilst feeling like a small company

  • Develop analysis and models to drive people analytics, insights and change decision-making

  • Must have 6+ years of experience in consulting, likely to at Consultant or Senior Consultant level

  • Must have worked on several large scale People and Organisational change projects

  • Must have brilliant and compelling communications skills

  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities

  • Ability bring together multiple ideas and concepts into simplified and implementable solutions

  • Bringing different organisational elements together and focus on “big picture”

  • Understanding of culture, talent, organisations and broader societal matters such as ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance)

  • Ability to work in fast pace, small incremental change in a pragmatic way, with the big picture in mind

  • Challenging, questioning and innovative approach to addressing risks and opportunities in the field

  • Experienced in working with Tech and professional services companies, ideally in their rapid growth phase.

  • Experienced in working with a Big 4 Consultancy firm in their people and change practice environment

  • Communication Skills: outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as keen listening skills; ability to be persuasive and influence key stakeholders as needed on strategic issues

  • Delivered people and organisation change consulting projects to global clients
