As a Senior Data Consultant, you will work with our clients to understand how data and technology can solve their biggest challenges. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Bring detailed industry knowledge to allow you to lead the delivery of data and insight projects.
Break down client problems into actionable data and insight tasks.
Partner with developers, engineers and data architects to create scalable analytics solutions.
Get ‘hands-on’ with the work, designing a new data platform, architecting new data models or recommending new tools.
Support the growth of the Insight Practice as part of the AND Consulting team, helping to nurture a committed and inclusive team environment.
Share your knowledge and experience, verbally and in writing.
Apply a commercial mindset throughout an engagement and owning (or supporting) account development plans.
To do that, it’s essential you bring the following:
Experience using ETL tools to ingest, transform and store data.
Experience designing and developing cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure preferable)
Good knowledge of data warehouse patterns and an understanding of best practices for storing and modelling data.
Excellent communication, with great interpersonal skills allowing you to connect effectively with senior stakeholders so that you can influence and get buy-in for new ideas
It’s helpful if you also have:
Some experience in areas such as experimentation or data science
The ability to move between various client assignments throughout your career within the AND Consulting team
The ability to spot and develop commercial opportunities for AND Digital either for yourself, AND Consulting or AND as a whole - ie building relationships, spotting and developing opportunities beyond Insight & Data.
