As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be one of AND’s first recruits in the Netherlands and, as a result, will be an integral part of the launch of AND’s first international club and our later expansion across the country.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong business development experience, who is able to take ownership for the end-to-end pursuit of new clients in the Netherlands as part of a small but highly effective team. You’ll be well established in the local market and build the Dutch Client Partnership team as we scale our business. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Build great trusted relationships – really get to know and understand CIO/CDO/CTO/CEOs by helping them solve their key problems and challenge their thinking and approaches to digital and software development.
Understand the tech and professional services landscape – bring a wider business and technology perspective.
Know the region, including where the challenges and opportunities lie.
Win new clients – acting autonomously with overall accountability and responsibility.
Navigate complex environments, pull together multiple strings to close effectively supported and onboarded by a central team based in the UK.
Significant business development experience in consulting or technology professional services, rather than product-based organisations.
Consistent ownership and delivery of significant revenue targets.
A track record of winning million-Euro plus new business deals with FTSE250 clients.
Credible at C-suite level – aware of the challenges facing CIOs, CTOs and wider C-suite, and able to support their thinking and approach to solving these to build strong relationships.
Comfortable in ambiguity and being part of a small, dynamic team, able to work autonomously but also an effective team player.
Collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
