As Product Owner, you are an advocate for customer outcomes and an evangelist for excellent digital customer experience. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment adopting Continuous Integration and Delivery techniques throughout the software delivery lifecycle. As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Work with scrum teams to develop backlogs and user stories in line with the product vision

  • Prioritise effectively on multiple dimensions - making sure the urgent doesn’t always outdo the important; that there is a balance between new opportunities, maintenance, fixing issues

  • Work with our clients to enhance their digital experience by taking a product-centric approach to structuring, prioritising and articulating the needs of their customers.

  • Experience of working with Agile, operating as Product Owner within the full Product Development Lifecycle

  • A metrics mindset - assesses how features solve customer problems and how it contributes to a measurable business objective

  • Experience of delivering compelling, commercially viable digital products across multiple platforms and channels

  • A customer outcomes focus and a passion for user-centred design

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders

  • A passion for collaboration - as a natural facilitator you’ll look to bring people into conversations and workshops to ensure true collaboration

  • Proven experience in prioritising work based on value, and identifying any diminishing return on investment for projects

  • The ability to balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

  • Confidence in your ability and level of expertise, being able to recommend solutions to clients based on your background from industry and / or consulting

  • A drive for focussing on outcomes, not outputs

  • Experience of delivering to project-based time constraints whilst maintaining effective communication, a high level of quality and a strong sense of prioritisation

  • A thirst for working with new technologies, platforms and delivery approaches

  • A passion for coaching and mentoring our Clients and lesser experienced ANDis
