As a Product Lead, you’ll help clients accelerate their digital journey through the power of product management. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Understand the many aspects of product management - ideation, discovery, competitor analysis, road mapping, strategy, new product launch and product innovation.
Be responsible for prioritisation decisions to ensure delivery of the most significant business value.
Build and maintain motivated PO communities within clients’ organisations to support delivery.
Help product analysts and owners to build the product strategy and vision - engaging with business stakeholders and supporting the conversation on why the transition to product management.
Introduce new and emerging product initiatives to AND’s clients.
Extensive knowledge of product management principles and evidence of applying your knowledge with practical hands-on experience of leading scrum teams.
Ability to lead a well organised and empowered team with a fun, friendly and positive attitude.
Capability to think strategically, establishing a clear direction and implementing plans to deliver within a tech environment.
Good knowledge of digital delivery - particularly through product, technology and people change.
Ability to help stakeholders to understand the value of product management and related decisions.
An understanding of the power of A/B testing, user testing and analysis of results using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely and Monetate.
Appreciation for client work and/or consulting.
As an added bonus, you may be a well-established figure in your field; perhaps you are a recognised conference speaker or tech blogger/writer, are an industry expert in a specialist field, or have contributed to open source projects or charitable technical projects (like TuringLabs, etc.)
