As a Principal Management Consultant focused on people, you will help clients transform their ways of working and governance structures needed to successfully accelerate their digital delivery. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Use your proven track record of delivering business value and strong intellectual curiosity to collaborate with clients and solve their problems.

Sell and deliver - often at the same time.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience of building a pipeline of new business through structured business development, as well as winning work and helping colleagues do the same.
Deep management consulting expertise, honed with recognised consulting organisations.
Experience helping clients innovate and develop new strategies, services and products.
Experience in digital and Agile delivery.
Proven business development experience.
Success in delivering exceptional client service on budget, and within agreed timescales
Excellent presentation and communication skills - candidates should exercise outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex problems, frameworks, analysis and solutions in ways in which they can be quickly understood.
Relationship building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships, along with executive and management level clients.
Strategic thinking and insight - able to shape and solve problems using a fact-based approach to develop insights that make the difference for AND Digital’s clients.
A passion to learn and to develop – the desire to continue developing and to share expertise with those around you are essential.
