As a Product Principal you’re probably a digital product professional or consultant wanting to use your practical experience to help our clients build successful products, great teams and long-lasting value. Whatever your background, you’ll be working with our clients to:

  • Deliver business success through better digital products, teams and approaches.

  • Review and assess digital product organisations, strategies and ways of working.

  • Setup new approaches, governance, tools and templates to embed lasting change.

  • Design and refine product, UX and delivery functions and teams.

  • Work closely with client teams to transition to an agile product culture and mindset.

  • Help deliver inspiring product visions, meaningful strategies and effective discoveries.

  • Making a difference for our clients whilst managing risks and ambiguity.

  • Applying a commercial mindset: identifying opportunities to support our clients.

  • Engaging client people at all levels to steer and influence product management direction.

  • Leading the discovery and shaping of a new product or delivery engagement.

  • Building rapport quickly and inspire confidence with both internal and client teams.

  • Designing and delivering key artefacts and workshops - e.g. roadmaps, vision boards.

  • Communicating convincingly – listen, understand and challenge

  • Coaching junior team members, including performance and progression management.

  • Bringing a point of view, perspective and clarity to complex client challenges.

  • Experience working as consultant or contractor in a variety of organisations.

  • The flexibility and appetite to contribute to other practices e.g. Delivery or People.

  • Commercial awareness: ability to spot opportunities for us to help clients.
