People Growth Manager

As a People Growth Manager, you are passionate about nurturing talent from within, you will with ensuring the smooth running of all core People Growth activities across the business, mainly focussed on Employee Mobility. As a result you will need to be able to;
Have proficiency in Employee Mobility - Proactively managing the process and opportunities for internal mobility across AND Digital (globally) to support employee’s career aspirations and business growth
Have experience in Succession Planning - Identifying & growing talent to fill future leadership & business-critical roles
Identify and support the potential career paths in order to engage, nurture and retain our people
Exhibit knowledge of processes relating to an employee’s lifecycle and ability to inspect / adapt to streamline where necessary
Facilitate effective & efficient company-wide mobility to ensure a great result for all key stakeholders
Plan & facilitate key monthly and quarterly mobility meetings with all People Leads and Club Executives
Work with our business growth team to scope mobility packages for new locations
Maintain & regularly update the centralised mobility & recruitment trackers
Create & send People Growth comms including new Mobility opportunities, recent movements
Work with the People Growth Lead and wider team on other ‘growth’ projects such as succession planning, leadership competencies and career paths
Experience in one or more areas within the ‘Talent Growth’ areas listed above
Organisation and planning skills, with high attention to detail & the ability to prioritise
The ability to be a self-starter who is used to working in fast paced environments
The ability to confidently build relationships quickly with people of all levels & backgrounds
A keen interest and experience in HR/Talent/People
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Exceptional stakeholder management skills; having the courage to challenge and hold your stakeholders to account and identify decisions makers and coordinating desirable outcomes
Exceptional influencing skills
Experience working in Professional Services and/or Tech
CIPD Qualified or working toward qualification
Can speak another language
