Leadership Development Lead (Maternity Cover)

As a Leadership Development Lead, you will play a key role in successfully leading the leadership development cycle across our executive level group, in line with our long term company vision and goals. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Communicate and embed leadership competencies and behaviours into processes, projects and key data.
Define and execute clear succession plans for a variety of leadership roles, including fair and effective identification of individuals.
Lead a quarterly cycle of leadership assessment, progression and placement.
Rollout, guide and iterate new leadership excellence cycles focused on managing delivery performance, the annual reward approach and personal career development/growth.
Lead the design, execution and budgeting of bespoke development approaches for a pipeline of aspiring, emerging, transitioning and transformational leaders.
The ability to design and execute complex leadership development projects and/or programmes, that involve innovative learning and development (L&D) approaches, bespoke for groups and individuals.
Experience running innovative performance management cycles, specifically at a leadership level that include commercial, non-commercial and behavioural focuses linked to reward and compensation.
Experience identifying, assessing and progressing future leaders into key leadership roles and supporting their successful transitions.
Ability to scale consistent and effective leadership performance/development processes through lean thinking and data driven analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels, and particularly influence at C-level.
Experience of managing and running performance management for Exec/Leadership roles

Confidence in making strategic decisions and the ability to articulate your thought process, using KPIs and thorough analysis.
