As a Market Maker you will play a key strategic and pivotal role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans; accountable for building key launch client relationships for AND that will enable NEXT to launch new Hubs & LoBs across the continent. As a result, you will:
Help build AND’s presence in various European cities with a deep knowledge of the market, competitors, and context (e.g. key industries, regulations etc.) by scouting and identifying key candidate cities & opportunities for us to invest in and launch
Lead our teams to identify new markets and test our market propositions, as well as be part of the NEXT team who will build investment and launch design cases for each of our new club/LoB/hub launches
Scout, seed and engage a pipeline of Tier 1 strategic and anchor clients and opportunities in targeted European cities to build forward investment momentum
Successfully build & convert prospects into AND’s first round Hub clients before moving onto expanding our footprint and coverage elsewhere
Work with our NEXT and Client Partnership teams to adapt and refine our Partnership and Membership Club Value proposition as needed
Leadership skills with experience working in professional services and the Digital / Technology industry across different countries in Europe (typically a former Senior Manager or Partner in a Big 4 or Consultancy, a Director or Senior Manager in a pan-European digital agency, a senior BD digital tech leader wanting to play a more entrepreneurial leadership role etc.)
A track record of opening doors and building outstanding relationships with clients from your extensive network, particularly in the context of digital products and transformation
A strong network of digital leaders in one (or more) of the following European regions: DACH, Iberia and the Nordics
Proven experience in shaping and selling complex and effective consulting or services propositions, which exceed client expectations and challenge the status quo
Strong business acumen, good level of commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking
The ability to act quickly and decisively using good judgement in making decisions and performing actions
