As a Delivery Principal in one of our growing London clubs, you will be responsible for the overall success of our most complex client engagements. You will be accountable for ensuring successful delivery against the metrics that we define and agree with these partners. As such your role will be integral to the overall commercial and long-term success of our highest priority partnerships.
You will be part of the London club, Club Hamilton, and accountable to it, however this is a senior leadership role and would suit someone looking to take the next step into C-level management.
As a result, you will need to be able to:
Build relationships and work with sponsors and other stakeholders from C-Level down, managing the relationship and communications for the engagement as a whole.
Bring together feature teams to deliver work on time, budget, quality and satisfaction measured against a set of metrics to achieve success
Lead the people and results of the assigned engagements
Manage a small team of senior people; Principal level ANDis including UXD Principal, Product Principal and potentially future principal level hires to be defined with you - to contribute to building a great club culture and portfolio of successful delivery projects
Work across a myriad of stakeholder groups (internal and external) to ensure that initiatives being delivered are staffed with a suitable mix of skills sourced from the Club, client, other 3rd party vendors, and other AND Clubs
Create and foster an environment that enables people within our client engagements to be highly engaged and motivated
Help demonstrate and build business value within the clients that you are engaged with, to ensure continued work year on year
Manage a portfolio of 1-6 projects as part of the club at any one time
Work with the delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction, people satisfaction and delivery quality, as well as driving the customer proposition to help build their internal capability.
Ensure that the strengths of the AND culture, training processes, and mindset are embedded into the delivery teams, together with the tools and systems from the customer.

Experience and knowledge of delivering to time and budget in financial services
Experience in leading integrated delivery teams including Product, UXD and Engineering
Degree level training
Agile training (e.g. SAFE)
