As our Content Marketing Specialist you will be an exceptional and experienced copywriter - able to source, plan and create compelling stories and content that attracts, engages and adds value to AND’s external audiences. With a great nose for a story and plenty of curiosity, you will utilise research and build connections across AND to surface and write compelling insights that feed a wide range of materials - from sales enablement decks to client case studies and campaign messaging. You will, while creative, take a modern and data-driven approach to content marketing - able to run lean experiments and capture data to continuously improve the efficacy of content.
Working in close partnership with our Communications Lead, Communications Designer and Campaigns team, you will be a key part of campaign and PR planning, and you will play a decisive part in the execution and delivery of multi-channel inbound marketing. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Research and write a wide range of marketing assets and materials for AND - from blog articles and case studies, to white papers, scripts and promotional microcopy.
Design content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets, defining tactical goals for AND’s content marketing programmes and inbound campaigns.
Develop an editorial calendar and publishing processes for AND, delegating tasks to freelancers and third parties where necessary to ensure deadlines are met - in particular, ensures AND’s blog is active and well-aligned to audience needs and marketing objectives.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Campaign Manager to optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics, analysing and driving up web traffic.
Collaborate closely with AND’s Communication Designer to produce high quality, branded content across a wide range of written and visual media.
Work cross-functionally across AND to source, ideate and deliver engaging content on a regular basis - using data, feedback and research to ideate new ideas and content experiments.
Own and manage the process of case study creation at AND, supporting and contributing to the creation of high quality sales enablement assets.
At least four years of proven work experience in a mid to senior level copywriting/content creation role.
An exceptional writing portfolio that showcases high quality work across a wide variety of forms and media - from long-form white papers and blog articles, to press releases, animation scripts, social posts and micro copy (ie. website calls to action).
Excellent native/fluent level of written English.
Experience creating innovative, high value content programmes for the tech industry (B2B SaaS or consultancy preferred).
Experience briefing and managing creatives and third party agencies.
Editorial mindset with an ability to predict and understand audience preferences.
Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
Solid digital proficiency across a wide range of software and platforms, including in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
A strong bachelor’s degree in a Humanities-related field (Journalism, English, History etc.).
Experience tracking, reporting and measuring the performance of content across the buyer journey.
Understanding of web publishing requirements and knowledge of a wide range of email marketing, CMS and automation platforms.
Strong project management skills, able to manage deadlines to time and budget.
