Business Admin Apprentice

As a Business Admin Apprentice, you will play a key role in providing general administrative AND operational support to your Business Unit whilst undertaking an Apprenticeship at Level 3 in Business Administration. We’ve partnered with Well Training to make this happen.

As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Support operations as appropriate, this might include several different teams

  • Arrange meetings, communicate with attendees, prepare agendas, attend meetings and take minutes

  • Assist in checking and updating records across various systems

  • Help with the organisation of socials and events for your business unit

  • Create slide packs to support with various projects

  • Undertake any other relevant duties required by the Business Unit

  • Ensure a range of work-based evidence required for your qualification is gathered, to ensure successful achievement of apprenticeship qualification

  • GCSE A*-C or 9-4 in English Language and Maths

  • Good organisational skills

  • Confident word processing / IT Skills

  • Commitment to learning new skills and gaining experience

  • A friendly and helpful attitude with good communication skills

  • The ability to work with multiple teams and balance the urgent and the important

  • The ability to work within a team

  • A high attention to detail

  • The ability to work proactively on your own

It’s helpful if you also have:

  • Administrative experience in an office environment

  • Experience using G-suite

  • 3 A-Levels and/or 5 GCSE’s Grades A*-C or 9-4

  • A keen interest in technology
