As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting opportunities from initial contact through to close. As a result, you will need to be able to:
Create winning proposals - Work as part of the team meeting directly with clients to understand their needs, quality the opportunity, shape AND’s approach with our team of experts, and create compelling and winning proposals.
Understand the tech and professional services landscape - Bring a wider business and technology perspective. Understand the technical and business landscapes, to position AND as the partner of choice.
Win new clients as part of a team - Take the lead on smaller opportunities from initial contact to close. Navigate complex environments, pull together multiple strings to close effectively. Working as part of a small Business Development team.
An outstanding level of communication and stakeholder management.
3+ years’ Professional Services / Consulting / Business Development experience.
Natural problem-solving capabilities, focussed on bringing ideas and solutions to the table.
The ability to build relationships quickly and following a well-organised collaborative way of working.
Confidence in ambiguity and being part of a small, dynamic team; able to work autonomously, but also as an effective team player.
People and long-term relationship minded.
Organisation, structure and creativity.
Passionate about technology and the ways it is reshaping our world.

Excellent at time management, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
