Recruitment Manager - Tech and Digital (Leeds or Manchester)

You will play a lead role in partnering with our Club based across Manchester and Leeds, finding and assessing the suitability of experienced, technical candidates for AND Digital in a growing northern market.

This is a fast paced environment, so you’ll be a self-starter passionate about identifying both active and passive candidates as well as building and nurturing internal and external relationships.

The majority of your experience will be in direct and proactive sourcing whilst leveraging your own network, social media, networking websites and other social recruitment channels such as events

You will:

  • Be Based in either Leeds or Manchester with some travel to either location
  • Have a proven track record of sourcing a high volume of high quality, tech talent whilst working to tight deadlines.
  • Be plugged into the northern tech scene, regularly attending meetups and encouraging our Developer ANDis to do the ame to increase your pipeline.
  • Already be an established In-house Recruiter - a Business Partner, naturally collaborating with stakeholders whilst nurturing relationships with candidates
  • Support the recruitment of senior hire (Clubs Management roles) for both new Clubs and existing clubs
  • Be able to manage the full recruitment life cycle from inception to offer and acceptance
  • Have an understanding of a best practice recruitment process and have worked in environments that require strong attention to detail
  • Proactively work with the rest of the recruitment team to continue to improve the overall candidate experience, making improvements to how to attract and engage with candidates at all levels

We are an empowered recruitment team that has the autonomy to hire at volume for great tech talent whilst being close advisors to our Clubs.
