AND Next Clubs Business Unit
AND Next is tasked with maintaining our high growth trajectory in the coming years by identifying potential locations for new Clubs (“offices”), establishing the business and investment cases, securing funding and then successfully launching them.
As part of our Next Team you will play a key role in building our strategy and the operationalisation of our approach to establishing new clubs across the UK, Europe and beyond. You will have a strong track record working in organisational change or transformational programmes, particularly in helping client organisations successfully migrate to new target model operations and new ways of working.
The role will require you to deal with a range of supplier and commercial negotiations as well as many of the operational issues associated with the launch of our clubs. This is a hands-on role that will require you to lead key work streams as we work towards launch; it is not just about people modelling and planning.
