Your Role

As a Managing/Principal Consultant in the Delivery Practice, you will assess, advise, and accelerate AND Digital’s clients to improve their ‘End to End’ delivery practices and improve their digital product delivery effectiveness. As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Advise on the correct future delivery model, to accelerate the delivery of large and complex transformation programmes.
  • Provide delivery leadership and manage / work closely with senior client stakeholders at all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead engagement with discovery, activation and shaping of new projects and client initiatives - incorporating key digital transformation pillars of people. product, technology, Data & Insight.
  • Work closely with the AND Clubs BU to ensure smooth on-boarding and transition to a ‘build service’ within the clubs
  • Oversee a number of delivery teams / squads / tribes in complex organisations, managing plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issues across the engagement.
  • Ensure the quality of the work delivered meets client expectations.
  • Get hands with the work, beyond leading and directing - producing some artefacts e.g. workshop facilitation, change plans creation, budget management, business case development, business communications, org charts development etc.

To do that, it’s essential you bring the following:

  • Management consulting experience, gained at a recognised Consulting firm.
  • Breadth and depth of consulting experience in delivering programmes and projects, implementing new techniques, technologies and ways of working in their area of specialism, ideally across a range of clients / organisations.
  • Good knowledge of digital delivery - particularly through Product, Technology and People change, Data & Insight - backed up with your own experience and POVs.
  • Good personal delivery experience of Agile team frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, [email protected]).
  • A highly organised nature, strength in delivery, excellent communication skills and great stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for leading, driving and ultimately landing the associated benefits for the client amidst a complex set of risks or issues.

It’s helpful if you also have:

  • Experience in Mentoring and Coaching teams for high performance.
  • Leadership and management style that generates support and commitment from internal and client teams.
  • Commercial acumen - building business cases, building statements of work, MSA’s
  • Strong Business Development capability - identify new opportunities selling AND, not individuals, building rela
  • Ability to persuade / influence the client stakeholders of changes on approach / direction if needed.
