As our field-based Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in inducting all our new starters through AND’s award winning onboarding experience. As a result, you will focus on 6 main areas:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to travel to various locations within the UK and Europe on a regular basis. You can be in these locations for as little as 3 weeks and potentially up to 3 months. AND will provide you with all the necessities whilst you are away from your base location. Some exciting locations for 2020 may include: London, Reading, Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Heathrow, Amsterdam & Copenhagen.
