Do you love to research, plan and coordinate L&D activities and onboarding programmes? Are you talented in organising activities, juggling multiple priorities and passionate about coordinating a remarkable onboarding experience that stands out?


Reporting to the Academy Lead, the ideal candidate will have experience in working within an L&D team coordinating, planning and delivering internal activities including a focus on onboarding events. The ideal candidate will also be very business savvy and feel comfortable in dealing with frequently changing requirements.

More about your background, you’ll have experience/skills in:

  • Organisation and planning, with high attention to detail
  • Being a self-starter who is used to working in fast paced environments
  • Building relationships quickly
  • Proactivity and the ability to test out new ways of doing things
  • Being assertive and able to hold people to account
  • A keen interest or experience in learning and development
  • A keen interest or experience in onboarding at all levels
  • Ability to spot market trends and introduce new innovative ideas
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience with e-learning content development and design

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning, coordinating and running all onboarding across levels - our 3 week ANDbootcamp and our 1 week ANDuction
  • Digitise onboarding via video intros, eLearning, virtual sessions & video comms
  • Manage all pre-boarding learning via our new LMS
  • Delivering short onboarding modules to new ANDis
  • Working with our Club Execs/Line of Business Leads, Recruitment and People Ops to ensure onboarding is effective and meets their needs
  • Bringing new ideas for onboarding including content, attendees, duration, delivery etc
  • Designing and executing new and/or adapted onboarding solutions and content
  • Responsible for our onboarding trainer pool – working with our Coaches and trainers to understand how we can scale who runs our workshops and events
  • Track the onboarding part of the overall Academy budget
  • Coordinate & analyse feedback from onboarding & share with relevant stakeholders
  • Being data driven with the quality and consistency of our onboarding to ensure we excel
  • Maintaining high quality content and constantly improving delivery techniques
  • Advancing your skills to align with changing tech/digital requirements that affect our Academy
  • Responsible for internal communications and publicising new joiners, creating a ‘buzz’
  • Being flexible and picking up other Academy project work when required
  • Supporting our Academy/Onboarding social media presence
  • Supporting our Academy/Onboarding recognition externally through blogs and learning awards
