How we work:

The IT Support Team at AND Digital are responsible for the upkeep, configuration and improvement of computer systems and services.

Your role

Support Engineer Job Duties:

  • Assist in the day to day technical support on all support channels and platforms.
  • Assist in and lead various IT Service Delivery projects.
  • Day to day upkeep and improvements of internal systems.
  • Day to Day monitoring the Service Desk for new tickets, prioritising and distributing them as required.
  • Take ownership of problems and known issues and work with the team to come to a resolution.
  • Be a point of contact for the business for scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime incidents.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with all IT Infrastructure hardware.
  • Diligently manage suppliers, obtaining quotes and ordering equipment as and when required.
  • Update job knowledge by researching new technologies & software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;
  • Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Support & develop the IT Support Team by providing advice, coaching & educational opportunities.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team but just as effective singularly or remotely.\
