We are an empowered recruitment team that has the autonomy to hire at volume for great tech talent whilst being close advisors to our Clubs.

A Club is a unit with around 80 ANDis who together serve between 8-12 clients at any one time. A Club has its own physical space, its own management team and autonomy to make its own operational decisions when it comes to its people and clients.

Your role:

You will play a lead role in partnering with the AND Next Team.

AND Next is tasked with maintaining our high growth trajectory in the coming years by identifying potential locations for new Clubs (“offices”), establishing the business and investment cases, securing funding and then successfully launching them.

This will mean partnering closely with this area to build out recruitment capabilities to tackle the upcoming growth targets and ensure a solid plan is in place to find the right talent to tight timelines.

This role will also have a hands on focus working to fill senior, Club Management roles for both new Clubs and existing.

This role will require strong communication skills, partnering across all AND Digital Clubs to understand current and upcoming senior needs.

You will:

  • Already be working in a ‘Team Lead/Head of’ capacity, motivating and nurturing a team of recruiters to achieve their goals
  • Have a relationship lead approach to build key relationships
  • Have experience in recruitment of senior level (executive) hires
  • Experience working in a Business Partner capacity dealing with multiple, senior stakeholders
  • Develop and grow the recruitment team in line with the growth plan of the overall business
  • Continue to improve the overall candidate experience, making improvements on how to attract and engage with candidates at all levels
  • You’ll come from a tech recruitment background, understanding the challenges in the market and how to attract top, tech talent
  • Have experience in establishing a multi-channel recruitment strategy and using a data driven approach to take it forwards
  • Have experience in working in a high volume, fast paced tech environment, adapting to changing requirements and balancing multiple priorities
