About You

As an Agile Delivery Principal, you will be helping our clients accelerate their digital journey. As a result, you will need to be able to:

  • Lead large and complex digital transformation / delivery projects
  • Understand the many aspects of agile digital delivery - product, technology and people change
  • Support squads to maintain their delivery pace and remove obstacles and blockers that might get in the way of their delivery
  • Support cross-squad working, making sure that squads effectively collaborate and communicate
  • Lead and champion the preferred delivery methodologies, ensuring that agile first principles are followed
  • Provide delivery leadership and manage / work closely with senior client stakeholders at all stages of the delivery lifecycle


To do that, it’s essential you bring the following:

  • Expert knowledge of agile digital delivery - particularly through Product, Technology and People change
  • Highly organised capability, strong in delivery, excellent communicator, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead, drive and ultimately land products and projects for our clients
  • A leadership and management style that generates support and commitment from internal and client teams.
  • Ability to persuade / influence the client stakeholders of changes on approach / direction if needed.
  • Capability to oversee a number of delivery teams / squads / tribes in complex organisations, managing plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and issues as it relates to the overall engagement.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate scaled agile techniques for our clients
  • Identify and proactively manage risks to delivery through awareness of status and understanding where additional focus or attention is required to help improve performance
