Wendy Stonefield (AND Digital, Club Executive Turing)
Wendy has spent the last 20+ years engaging with clients throughout the lifecycle of digital transformation. Working with teams and clients to devise digital strategies, associated roadmaps and digital products that deliver maximum impact. She has worked across a wide range of sectors including automotive, retail, technology, FMCG, Financial Services, travel/hospitality and leisure, and with clients that include AMEX, HP Inc, Metro Bank, John Lewis, Emirates, Lexus, Unilever, Toyota, Robert Walters, Whitbread and Azzurri Group
Wendy works with senior client stakeholders to assist them in transforming their teams and organisations in response to the challenges and opportunities that digital disruption invariably serves up. She enjoys sculpting teams that blend strategic, technical, creative and experience design capability to deliver solutions that make a real difference to clients and their end users. In doing so she is passionate about working closely with clients to build their digital capability enabling them to ultimately own and drive their digital future.
Paramjit Uppal (AND Digital, Founder)
Paramjit started his career as a software developer and technologist in management consulting, before founding an IT consulting business called Qedis in 2013. After this company was acquired by a US consultancy, Paramjit started to shape his next venture to tackle the digital skills gap in a new, challenging way - and so AND Digital was born.
‘If you look after your people, everything else follows.’ Paramjit takes this ethos seriously, personally welcoming every new person, or ANDi as we like to call them, who’s joined the company. His enthusiastic, people-first approach runs through everything Paramjit does to prioritise digital skills and innovative tech solutions in tandem. This approach has set Paramjit in good stead as he continues to push AND Digital forward as a company that thinks differently and is ready to have a remarkable impact on a global scale
Tina Howell (AND Digital, Exec for Cloud Engineering)
Tina Howell is AND’s Exec for Cloud Engineering, and brings with her a career in technology that spans two decades across a wide variety of roles. She is a vocal advocate and practitioner of DevOps, and passionately believes in the power communities have to build long-lasting, effective DevOps capabilities. Tina’s focus is to help organisations grow and foster these capabilities through initiatives that include apprenticeships, the AND Cloud Academy, coaching and consulting.
Amanda Sleight (Amazon Web Services, Consulting Partner Lead)
Amanda is the AWS Consulting Partner lead for EMEA. In her current role she shapes the partner ecosystem needed to support AWS customers by recruiting, on-boarding and building long term sustainable partnerships with organisations across the region. Prior to joining AWS she worked at SAP where she led the Global S4/HANA Cloud channel and spent 18 years at Microsoft in various sales and channel roles across EMEA.
Louise Power (iOrbit, CEO & Founder - Diversity & Inclusion Consultant)
Louise Power is a Director and the Founder of two organisations. iOrbit provides business support to start-up and growth companies within the tech industry, and The Power Hour Social Enterprise is bridging the gap for people from Black, Asian and Ethnic backgrounds through media, diversity and inclusion consultancy, and social mobility.
Louise has extensive leadership experience in both the public and private sector spanning various industries including local government, logistics, and professional services.
Louise is a Trustee at Changing the Chemistry aiming to create better diversity on boards. Louise is extremely passionate about advocating for more diversity in the boardroom and prides herself on advocacy work from grassroots to corporate level.
Louise is currently an ambassador for IAMTHECODE Foundation with a mission to get 1 million women and girls from marginalised communities coding by 2030.
Louise recently started a campaign called #jumpforchange to raise awareness about racial discrimination and domestic violence for women. Raising money during the month of May 2021 with exercise for 'Show Racism The Red Card' and 'Women's Aid'.
