AND Chat: Scrum Mastery For All (Not Just Scrum Masters) with Mark Faulkner
Location: Elmwood, The Round Foundry, 105 Water Ln, Leeds, LS11 5WD
The topic we’ll be looking at in closer detail is the Scrum methodology - one of the most popular and well-known of the many practices that comprise Agile. So if you’ve heard the term, and you want to know more about Scrum, then this event serves as a great introduction. Focused on real-world lessons, hiccups and successes, we’ll explore how Scrum - when used correctly - can change the way you work for the better. And if you’re using Scrum already, and finding it a challenge, this is the perfect refresher.
Whether you’re a Scrum Master or not, by the end of this talk we’ll prove that while it won’t solve all your problems, your working life can be just that little bit better with Scrum.
