AND Chat: Motivation And Micro Teams At The Telegraph
Location: AND Digital, First Floor, 18 Henrietta Street, London, WC2E 8QH
Using the story about how The Telegraph’s product and engineering teams threw out the rulebook and became hyper-productive, Jacob will challenge your thinking on how to apply Agile, and explore the benefits of truly valuing pragmatism over the process.
About Jacob Farrugia:
Jacob started his career as a software developer, working across the globe on a range of projects, including bespoke CMS, website and eCommerce applications, and platforms for telecommunications.
In the UK, he was introduced to Agile and Scrum before they had gained popular traction, and had the opportunity to lead a number of early (and very exciting) Agile adoption programmes.
Most recently, Jacob has held technical leadership and coaching positions, working with startups and blue chips on delivery, product management and technology to help build better products.
