AND Breakfast: The Neon Future – Where Are We Heading With Team Structures, Practices and Cultures? with Stuart Munton
Location: The Ivy Tower Bridge, One Tower Bridge, Tower Bridge Rd, London, SE1 2AA
Stuart will lead an interactive discussion covering how teams might be structured (e.g. size, distribution, dispersion etc), the practices that they might be using (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled XYZ etc), and the organisational cultures in which they might reside (e.g. Big Corporate, Start-up, Teal etc). Each section gives the breakfast attendees the opportunity to participate and share their views on the core topics, followed by a summary of research into emerging trends.
If you are within an executive or leadership team position and would like to join the discussion, please complete the form below to apply for a space at the event.
As Head of Delivery Innovation AND Chief Methodologist, Stuart is accountable for keeping AND Digital ahead of the curve across the full spectrum of ‘end to end’ delivery principles and practices (Agile, Product, Tech, Digital, Business Ops etc).
This involves deeply understanding what we are doing amazingly right now, researching where we should be innovating next for greatest impact, and forecasting how we could embed the 'next next' emergent principles and practices into our delivery work.
Prior to AND Digital, Stuart worked as a Digital Project and Programme Manager across a number of different sectors (retail, government, high service distribution, online gaming). In these organisations he was either directly delivering Digital projects, running Agile process transformation projects or managing large multi-national programme deliveries.
The breakfast will be held on 7th March from 8.15 - 10.30am in London, The Ivy Tower Bridge, One Tower Bridge.
