AND Breakfast: How to be Effective at C-Suite Level with Marion Gamel (Leeds Edition)
Location: Sky Lounge, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Granary Wharf, Leeds, LS1 4BR
Marion is a seasoned C-Level Executive, Public Speaker and Executive Coach, and will be sharing advice and tips on helping your management team operate efficiently. Indeed, becoming a C-Level Executive is the result of outstanding work, but it requires a completely new set of skills that are unique to this level of leadership. Because a promotion to the C-Suite comes without any "how to" handbook, this session will focus on a series of hands-on tips and advice gained through years of experience, aimed at empowering C-Level Executives to find their feet in exciting but challenging roles.
If you are within an executive or leadership team position and would like to join the discussion, please complete the form below to apply for a space at the event.
Marion is an Executive with over 20 years of experience in publishing, fashion and digital companies - both startups and global leaders. In 2003 she joined Google and helped the company to expand across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa over the course of 7 years. She has also worked for disruptive companies such as Eventbrite, and in extremely regulated industries such as i-gaming.
Marion is a C-Level Executive herself since 2012. Having spent years as part of management teams, Marion has gained a solid understanding of what it means to be a leader, including challenges and opportunities.
Marion has been coaching executives around the world since 2015. The impact of her approach is transformational: Stronger leadership, ambitious goal setting, increased confidence, fast growth and improved efficiency and agility.
The breakfast briefing will be held on Wednesday, 1st May from 8.15 - 10.30am in Central Leeds, venue TBC.
