About Toby

Toby Wright is Chief Technology Officer at Telegraph Media Group and has worked in the technology and media sectors for 33 years. Leading teams responsible for the design and build of digital products and services including Telegraph.co.uk, Toby oversees engineering, development, architecture and technology strategy for both consumer products & services and enterprise systems.

Previously at Reuters where he was responsible for leading the content technology function, supporting 120 international locations delivering real-time news (text, pictures, video) and data. Previous to that he spent 16 years with Intel Corporation in various global IT engineering & management roles, latterly responsible for planning and implementation of commercial internet data centres.
