Through The Keyhole #48: Changes to the AND Digital Advisory Board

From the very first day it opened its doors, AND Digital has benefitted from the expertise and guidance of a dedicated Advisory Board. Comprised of senior leaders and experts across a diverse range of fields, the Board works in close tandem with both myself and the management team to drive the continued growth and development of AND Digital.
In this previous post, I explore in more detail the value and importance of an Advisory Board, to CEOs like myself, and to the broader business.
This month heralds important changes in our Board’s membership, and offers me the opportunity to say both a heartfelt thank you to existing members who will be moving on, and a warm welcome to our new additions.
Current Advisory Board members, Laurence Bret-Stern, William Casey and Jonathan Sands OBE will be retiring over the next 12 months. It goes without saying that all of us – and especially me – are deeply grateful for the advice, challenge and insight that Laurence, William and Jonathan have provided over the years. Their expertise has been invaluable, helping to constantly challenge us to be better: to strive always to be remarkable, consistent with our mission.
I am delighted to welcome four new additions to the Advisory Board. They are: Dr Ian MacDonald, currently CTO-in-Residence at Microsoft for Startups in London; Ramona Liberoff, notable start-up investor and COO of Innogy Innovation Hub; Paul Coby, former CIO at John Lewis Partnership and British Airways, and Philip Green, advisor and former CFO at Deliveroo and Groupon.
We are incredibly fortunate to welcome such highly regarded business and technology leaders to AND Digital as we forge the next stage of our remarkable growth story!
