We have some exciting news to share!

At the end of February we hosted an Insurance Breakfast, where we invited Nick Caplan, one of our Advisory Board members to talk about how blockchain and other technologies are disrupting insurance in the 21st century. It just so happened that one of the attendees, Will Cooper, has been working on an innovative idea based on harnessing the power of blockchain. Following the thought provoking talk, he was inspired to find out how we could support him on his journey. This came at a perfect time as we are well underway in our exploration of blockchain, and wanted to get some hands-on experience within AND Digital.

The conversation has resulted in a team of seven ANDis kicking-off a 12 week piece of work developing an MVP using blockchain. As with any new technology that is trying to prove itself, there are a number of different opinions on its capabilities, approaches to implement and commercial use. To help make sense of it all, we want to share our blockchain findings and learnings in real time with you through a series of blogs. Check back on here for the first post and as always, it would be great to hear your feedback.
