Our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility is simple. We consider the consequences technology has on our people, the community and our environment to address any negative impacts where we can. We focus on the following three areas and our priority cause, which is to address the digital skills shortage in the UK.

  • Our Workplace Responsibility

    Our diverse workforce is our pride and joy. We encourage transparency and equal opportunities at all levels. For us success is a work environment where people can balance work and personal life. Our Wellness programme is built around five areas - connect, be active, take notice, learn and give. So whether it be our massages, free fruit, ‘keep active’ challenges or our mental health trained champions - keeping ourselves engaged and both physically and mentally healthy is crucial.

  • Our Community Responsibility

    It's well documented that the UK is facing a digital skills crisis. We are helping to address this challenge by working with different organisations or schools and to develop practical steps we can take to encourage more learning within digital, or aid those minority groups who have limited knowledge or access to technology or careers in digital.

  • Our Environment Responsibility

    We encourage awareness, concern and responsibility for our environment by taking steps to reduce our waste and our environmental impact. Amongst many initiatives, we have a responsible recycling policy and encourage our people to cycle to work through our cycle scheme.
