Corporate Social Responsibility

At AND Digital we’re working towards building a better company, a more inclusive and impactful tech industry, and communities where people can thrive. Our CSR is split into 4 main components that work together to make a remarkable impact

Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Workplace Responsibility

From mental health first aid training, quarterly 'ask us anything' sessions with the senior leadership team, to regular training and volunteering days, we make sure our diverse range of ANDis are supported in their professional and personal lives.

We also take great care in building a supportive network of diversity and inclusion champions (women in tech, LGBTQ+) to make sure each and every ANDi is supported and given equal opportunities.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Wellness Responsibility

We fully support the mental, physical, and emotional wellness of all of our people

We provide access to Private Medical Insurance, Employee Assistance Programmes, gym memberships, mindfulness sessions, and wellness reps for those working client-side.

Our Community Responsibility

We take practical steps to support and improve the communities in which we work

Our people are passionate about giving back to the local community. Each ANDi is given volunteering days to do vital work with charities and other organisations that make a positive social impact.

Our Environmental Responsibility

We have set the target to be Net Zero on scopes 1 & 2 by 2030 and scope 3 by 2040

Our initiatives include a responsible recycling policy, and a cycle scheme to encourage staff to cycle to work. We are also combatting techno waste by encouraging our people to recycle old tech before buying new devices.

As a growing tech company, our environmental priorities are focused on using ethical suppliers, reducing tech waste and adopting sensible practices. So we:

  • Buy from suppliers who are committed to responsibly sourcing raw materials, and reducing and disposing of waste as sustainably as possible.

  • Encourage a reuse and recycle policy when tech equipment is no longer usable.

  • Offer a cycle-to-work scheme to encourage sustainable ways of travel.

  • Set up virtual meetings when Clubs need to collaborate, decreasing business travel.
